Each Truck Art Lantern begins life as a weathered metal lantern rescued from Pakistan's roads, then reborn under the brush of Habib, a master of the country's iconic truck art tradition. Layer by layer, vivid motifs and hand-painted patterns transform the reclaimed shell into a one-of-a-kind piece, fitted with a wireframe shade and ready for modern interiors.

The result is a striking pendant that brings colour, craft, and story into hospitality spaces, restaurants, or characterful homes.

Yes each lantern is completely unique.

Which wireframe shade styles are available?
The 16" Katie frame is included as standard. Choose Parachute or Florence Daisy Carousel using the swatches above for a bolder, more sculptural silhouette — Florence Daisy Carousel is a flatter, wider shade that reveals more of the lantern body. Other styles are available on request.

Can I customise the metalwork?
Yes — choose your ceiling plate finish using the swatches above, and enter a RAL reference in the Wire Pendant field for the cage colour; we'll confirm on your quote.

Can I customise the Cable?
Yes — choose your cable colour using the swatches above.

Can I customise the lantern colour and pattern?
Yes — choose your lantern body colour using the swatches above. The floral or bird motif is then hand-painted by our artisan in a coordinating palette, in the traditional Pakistani truck art style — so every lantern is one of a kind.
